The Daily Texan

I have always had a deep love for publication design.

I’ve designed newspapers for 6 years and am a certified InDesign geek (self-declared). I had the honor of serving as The Daily Texan’s Design Editor during the spring of 2025!

SXSW 2025 Special Edition

I got the opportunity to lead the design direction for a special insert of the Texan centered around SXSW. This involved rebranding our current assets, developing it’s sense of style, and working on a tight deadline.

I decided to take inspiration from the SXSW website design—fun gradients, bold type, and graphics that pop!
