Live Well Age Well Health Expo

I was asked to design the branding and marketing materials for the City of Los Altos’ senior health expo.
The event brings together local vendors, health organizations, and expert speakers to promote wellness and community engagement among older adults.
My goal was to create a cohesive and recognizable brand that could be carried across digital and print platforms — from posters and flyers to social media graphics and event signage.

Because the expo included vendors, speakers, and interactive sessions, I wanted the branding to highlight these different elements in a way that felt organized yet dynamic. I decided to take a graphic-heavy approach, using bold shapes and icons to visually represent the event’s variety while maintaining a consistent visual rhythm across all materials.
I wanted the visuals to feel bright and inviting—colorful, but not childish—reflecting the energy of the event while keeping it approachable for an older audience. See some of my inspiration below!

The main graphic was designed to encompass the key themes of the expo: healthy living, physical activity, and mental wellness. From this main visual, I developed a brand system and mini brand book that outlined the color palette and typography. This ensured that all marketing materials stayed consistent and recognizable. The unified look helped establish a clear visual identity for the Live Well Age Well Health Expo and made the event feel cohesive across platforms.

Here are some of the materials I created for this project!
Deliverables:
Event logo and visual identity
Posters and print flyers that were distributed in community centers
Digital marketing graphics for social media
Directional and informational signage for the event venue
Merch designs for giveaways
